This month we are congratulating the Sterile Barrier Association (SBA) on its 30th year anniversary. Established in order to promote and improve the quality of single-use sterile barrier systems in the healthcare industry, their work within the medical packaging industry has been essential for patient safety.
Previously trading under Henry Cooke, we were one of the founding members of the SBA, formerly known as the European Sterile Packaging Association (ESPA). Today we remain members of the SBA and meet twice annually to discuss important issues and new regulations.
This April Pelta CEO Steven Blacow and Executive VP of Sales & Marketing Florian Schäffeler will be attending the SBA Spring Conference to celebrate the 30th anniversary with other members and local medical market experts.
